Job OverviewThe Delivery Director will lead the successful execution of complex cloud and data initiatives, ensuring end-to-end delivery excellence by aligning business objectives, technical strategy, and resource planning across teams.Strategic LeadershipProvide direction and oversee the execution of high-impact Cloud and Data projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Plan, deliver, and govern initiatives involving cloud migration, data engineering, analytics, and platform modernization.Cloud & Data ExpertiseGuide teams on cloud-native architectures, data pipelines, security, and best practices.Ensure robust delivery frameworks for data ingestion, transformation, lineage, quality, and operationalization.Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with senior stakeholders to define strategy, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively.Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure alignment and transparency.Team LeadershipLead cross-functional teams of engineers, data specialists, architects, and analysts.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Operational ExcellenceDrive delivery governance, risk management, forecasting, and issue resolution.Implement best practices, tools, and accelerators to optimize productivity, quality, and time-to-delivery.RepresentationRepresent the organization in discussions, client meetings, and strategic negotiations.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:18+ years of experience in Cloud, Data Engineering, Analytics, or similar domains, with a proven track record delivering large-scale programs.Strong understanding of cloud services, data pipelines, warehousing, governance, DevOps, and modern architecture patterns.Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to solve complex challenges.Excellent leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage risks, and drive clarity in fast-paced environments.
