Role Overview:Develop comprehensive growth strategies across marketing channels, retention initiatives, and creative executions to drive brand performance.Lead the analysis of key metrics such as revenue, return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and retention rates to inform business decisions.Facilitate bi-weekly or monthly review sessions with stakeholders to discuss progress, address challenges, and set goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including performance marketing, creative strategy, copywriting, design, and operations to ensure alignment and effective execution.Key Responsibilities:Drive growth for multiple direct-to-consumer brands, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication, working closely with founders, operators, and marketing leaders to understand their needs and goals.Utilize data analytics tools to monitor performance daily, identifying trends and turning findings into actionable recommendations.Approach challenges from a business perspective, making data-informed decisions that enhance scalability and profitability.Requirements:A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, creative strategy, copywriting, or a related field.Proficiency in Excel/Sheets is essential.Comfortable engaging in client-facing conversations and presenting insights during regular reviews.Familiarity with direct-to-consumer (D2C) metrics, including CAC, average order value (AOV), lifetime value (LTV), ROAS, and contribution margin.What We're Looking For:A dynamic professional who can think strategically and tactically, driving results-oriented solutions.An individual with excellent communication skills, able to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations.A team player who thrives in collaborative environments, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
