We're seeking an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager with strong functional expertise in Custody, Trade Settlement, and Asset Servicing domains.This is a client-facing, high-visibility role where you'll collaborate closely with global business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional squads to define the product vision, manage backlogs, and deliver scalable post-trade solutions across regions.Key Responsibilities:Drive product development from conception to launch, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.Develop and maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement scalable solutions that meet business requirements.Manage complex stakeholder relationships, prioritizing communication and issue resolution to ensure successful project outcomes.Requirements:10+ years of total experience preferably within BFSI domain, with at least 5+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.Strong domain knowledge of Custody, Trade Settlement, Reconciliation, Corporate Actions, or Post-Trade Operations.Proven experience in Banking, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets.Hands-on experience in Agile delivery frameworks, backlog management, and sprint planning.Exposure to technology modernization (API integrations, UI revamps, or data migration projects).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams.Certifications like CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or PMP are an added advantage.Reporting & Delivery Environment:Reporting To: Senior Product Head / Program ManagerTeam: Cross-functional squads including developers, BAs, testers, and architectsScale: Global banking platforms with users across multiple countriesProduct Stage: Mix of new product builds and enhancements to existing custody platformsAbout Us:We are a leading technology consulting and solutions provider, serving global clients across various industries.
