As an Expert STEM Content Evaluator, you will play a critical role in developing and refining high-quality STEM content for AI learning systems.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate and refine high-quality STEM content to ensure AI responses are accurate, well-structured, and easy for learners to understand.Create step-by-step solutions and clear explanations for STEM questions across difficulty levels.Ensure content follows quality rubrics, style guidelines, and strong pedagogy.Highlight conceptual reasoning and address common misconceptions.Ai Response Review:Assess AI-generated answers for correctness, clarity, and reasoning quality.Provide constructive, actionable feedback to enhance model performance.Contribute to building benchmark datasets and ground truth responses.Subject Expertise:Use academic fundamentals aligned with JEE (Mains + Advanced) and top Indian undergraduate standards.Suggest alternative solving approaches when applicable.Collaboration:Coordinate with STEM Leads and fellow raters to ensure consistency.Follow defined workflows, report blockers proactively, and meet timelines.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Strong understanding of JEE (Mains + Advanced) and top Indian undergraduate standards.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.What We Offer:Competitive compensation package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
