Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple client campaigns, covering on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Technical SEO Leadership: Manage technical SEO projects, including site audits, website migrations, server-side analyses, and troubleshooting JavaScript issues. Own and enhance the technical service offerings of MarketInc.
  • Content & Link Building: Plan and execute content strategies and link acquisition campaigns to improve visibility, rankings, and market share.
  • Campaign Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and provide detailed reports to clients and internal teams.
  • Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Work with cross-functional teams, mentor junior team members, and contribute to building a high-performing SEO department.
  • Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay ahead of the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates to refine strategies and offer innovative solutions.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, presenting strategies, updates, and progress reports clearly and effectively.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven success in delivering SEO strategies (technical, content, and link acquisition) across diverse industries.
  • SEO Tools Proficiency: Expertise with SEO tools, including but not limited to Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Technical SEO Expertise: Advanced technical SEO skills, including website migrations, resolving server issues, JavaScript troubleshooting, and conducting audits.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for staying updated with SEO news, blogs, and innovations.
