Full job descriptionWe are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accounting Executive with 3+ years of hospital experience in accounting operations and practical knowledge of accounting software . The ideal candidate will support financial processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and GST requirements.Key Responsibilities:Execute day-to-day accounting tasks including ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and journal postings.Support GST filings, billing processes, and inventory-related accounting.Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reports.Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and follow-ups.Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and cost tracking.Coordinate with internal teams to collect documentation and resolve discrepancies.Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and support audit preparation.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital accounting or finance-related roles.Proficiency in Tally.Good understanding of GST compliance, billing systems, and inventory processes.Familiarity with core accounting principles and basic financial analysis.High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and contribute to team goals.Experience assisting in audits and working with cross-functional departments.Preferred Qualifications:MCOMJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
