Job Description:

We are seeking a talented SAP HANA TMS Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive implementation experience and a proven track record of working with teams of architects to design and build effective solutions. The candidate should be adept at collaborating with cross-functional and cross-vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design: Act as an SAP TMS expert, advising on standard SAP solution design and configuration for specific SAP modules, understanding the impact of changes on solutions and business processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Global Process Owners, Global Process Leads, Solution Design Leads, and Value Stream Leads to resolve issues and make process design recommendations.
  • Training and Documentation: Create and lead the delivery of end-user training, including developing comprehensive documentation and user manuals.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest SAP technology, particularly within Logistics, to drive innovative solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and influence cross-functional teams to enhance processes and communication in support of business initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes, especially under tight timelines.
  • Implementation: Demonstrate extensive experience in the implementation of SAP TMS with various deployment options, preferably TMS on On-Prem S/4 HANA.
  • Integration Expertise: Exhibit strong exposure to SAP TMS, SCT Software Carrier Integration, and TMS Integration with SAP EWM, SAP GTS, and SAP EHS modules.
  • Master Data Management: Oversee the creation of SAP TMS Master data and manage interface development (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services).
  • System Enhancement: Conduct analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation, with thorough knowledge of system enhancements, configuration, and documentation processes.
  • IT Leadership: Provide IT leadership in SAP TMS projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.


Mandatory Skills:
  • Proven implementation experience in SAP HANA TMS, with a focus on collaboration with architects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of EAM business processes and SAP TMS components/interfaces (SAM, GIS, AVL, SAP Field Service Management).
  • Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in supply chain management systems and processes.


Nice to Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of business processes in the gas utility industry or gas transportation.
  • Experience in leading functional teams and cross-team collaboration.
