We enable #HumanFirstDigital About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Playwright, Selenium, and Java-based test automation. The role involves designing scalable test frameworks, driving CI/CD automation integration, and ensuring high product quality through continuous testing and collaboration with development and QA teams. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, and Java. Automate functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios. Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Debug and analyze test failures; collaborate closely with developers to resolve defects efficiently. Ensure comprehensive test coverage by building reusable and maintainable automation scripts. Partner with QA, Dev, and Product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria. Generate, track, and maintain detailed test reports and metrics. Stay updated on emerging automation tools, frameworks, and QA best practices. Qualifications: 8–12 years of hands-on automation testing experience. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Java for scripting and framework development. Solid experience with Playwright and Selenium WebDriver. Experience with TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber frameworks. Practical knowledge of CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Strong understanding of Git-based version control systems (GitHub/Bitbucket). Experience in API testing using Postman or RestAssured. Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of cloud-based test execution platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs). Experience with performance or security testing tools. Exposure to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of test data management and mocking frameworks.
