Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Change and Communications Consultant, you will:Develop comprehensive change management and communications deliverables for large-scale business transformations.Examples: stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness surveys, communications plans, leadership messaging, go-live campaigns, and executive engagement materials.Craft and execute communication strategies to support project milestones, drive user adoption, and enable successful operational changes.Collaborate cross-functionally with project teams, clients, and subject matter experts (SMEs) in virtual/live environments to design and deliver impactful communications.Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment through tailored communications and events (e.g., Town Halls, workshops, newsletters, digital content).Analyze change readiness, risks, and impact to inform communication approaches and adoption strategies.Support senior team members in the planning, development, and deployment of communications, change messaging, and delivery formats.Monitor, measure, and report on change adoption and communications effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics.Provide timely updates to Project Lead/Manager regarding communications timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.Contribute to OWC practice and firm development initiatives, sharing best practices and innovating new approaches.Key SkillsProven experience in change management and organizational communicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiencesExperience developing and redesigning communication collateral (slide decks, newsletters, campaigns, video scripts, talking points, FAQs)Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skillsCreative thinking and storytelling abilityExperience with digital communication and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, etc.)Strong analytical skills (MS Excel, survey tools, PowerBI/Tableau, etc.) (nice to have)Project management capabilities (nice to have)
