Requirements:
We are looking for Lead Software Engineer (NodeJS & ReactJS) with 10 – 15 years of experience as a Software Developer.
Strong programming skills in NodeJS, ReactJS or JavaScript. Good knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD tool usages, high level design, code reviews etc. Expert in microservices design, API development. Implement applications with MongoDB or any NoSQL database. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar technical field.
Good experience in product root cause analysis of customer reported issues and quickly come up with the short-term/long-term fix. Must have excellent communication with the customers.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift or similar is a must. AWS and Azure DevOps are added advantages.
Job Responsibilities:
- Technical leadership on Product Development and Engineering
- Hands on design, coding, code review as a part of product development
- Quality features delivery, bug fixes and make product scalable and easy to use
- Apply DevSecOps practices and CI/CD automations to deliver value to the customers frequently
- Be a Client Advocate for customers and communicate on upcoming features, issues etc. Work with Product Management on the roadmap priorities
- Managing customer escalations as L3/SME, thinking out of the box providing troubleshooting with quick turnaround on product fix packs.
- Prepare technical write-ups for the documentation team’s publications.
- Create product related VLOGs or BLOGs for the customers as and when features are released.
- Demo product features to customers, partners and pre-sales
- Work with global product teams.
