About The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for the production and review of accurate customized investment risk and attribution reports for various portfolios.Your key responsibilities will include:Production and review of accurate customized investment risk and attribution reports for various portfolios.Calculation and reporting of daily exposure for trading reporting of various funds and asset classes.Preparing returns, attribution/contribution analysis, and risk characteristics reports for multi-asset, multi-manager funds.Identifying and rectifying anomalies in attribution and risk numbers, providing justification as necessary.Communicating with other business areas to improve accuracy and reliability of risk reporting.Providing proactive research and insights on investment risk, deviations from benchmark, asset allocation targets, and portfolio movements to clients.You will also be responsible for coordinating with data providers, colleagues, and clients on issues related to data quality and timeliness, as well as ensuring documentation of policies, procedures, and work processes.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:In-depth knowledge and understanding of equity, fixed income, and multi-asset class portfolio risk and attribution reporting.Product knowledge of derivatives and fixed income.Knowledge of collateral/liquidity management, including liquidity at risk (LAR) and collateral ratios.Proficiency in Bloomberg, Eagle IBOR, MSTR, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills.Strong knowledge and exposure to financial markets and various financial products, including performance analytics.Intermediate working experience of databases, systems design, and proficiency in using VBA macros and SQL for managing large volumes of data and performance reports.Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to identify areas of automation and develop VB macros and Access DB tools independently.A degree or equivalent in a finance, technical, or mathematical discipline (FRM, CIPM, CFA would be an added advantage).
