We’re hiring: Backend Laravel Developer


We are building a fast-scaling reward platform and looking for an experienced Laravel Developer to join our in-house team.


What you’ll do  

- Build & optimize fast, scalable APIs for high-traffic apps.  

- Tune MySQL queries with proper indexing & performance practices.  

- Implement Redis caching & queues for speed and reliability.  

- Refactor & improve modules like leaderboard, splash, and task flows.  

- Collaborate with Android developers for smooth end-to-end delivery.  


What we’re looking for  

- Hands-on experience with Laravel 9/10.  

- Strong knowledge of MySQL optimization & indexing.  

- Familiarity with Redis queues (Horizon/Supervisor).  

- Good understanding of REST APIs, Git, Nginx/PHP-FPM.  

- Bonus: Experience in ad tech or scaling apps to 5M+ users.
