HR Operational Efficiency Specialist

About the RoleAs a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving process efficiency and optimizing HR systems. This individual will oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operational activities across the organization, ensuring seamless execution, compliance, and a superior employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Administer and enhance HRIS and related HR platforms to ensure optimal performance.Lead the rollout of new HR technology solutions and modules to improve user experience and functionality.Payroll and Benefits AdministrationManage end-to-end payroll operations in partnership with external vendors and finance teams across multiple geographies (India, APAC, Sweden, UK, and USA).Coordinate and oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement schemes, and other reward initiatives, in collaboration with the Rewards team.Process Optimization and Policy ManagementIdentify and implement process improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency.Develop, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with organizational needs.Audit, Compliance, and ReportingGuarantee adherence to local, regional, and international labor laws and corporate governance requirements.Prepare and deliver internal HR reports as needed by leadership.Employee Lifecycle ManagementOversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.Global MobilityOversee the operational management of international relocations and assignments, ensuring compliance with immigration and tax regulations.Team Leadership and DevelopmentLead and mentor a small team of HR Operations professionals, promoting a collaborative and results-driven culture.
