Agentic AI Machine Learning EngineerWe're seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design and implement cutting-edge multi-agent systems.About the Role:The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing multi-agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar frameworks.Fine-tuning foundation models (LoRA, RLHF, DPO) and integrating retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines are also key responsibilities.In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will have experience building APIs and backend services (FastAPI/Flask/Node.js), as well as integrating with enterprise systems (HRIS, CRM, ERP).Data governance, bias mitigation, and lineage are crucial aspects of this role.Containerization, deployment, and monitoring agents (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) with observability and drift detection are essential for success.This is an opportunity to collaborate with QA, red teaming, and product leads to benchmark accuracy, safety, and compliance.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong Python programming skills and knowledge of PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, RLHF) are required.Hands-on experience with LangChain/LangGraph, MCP, A2A orchestration, and multi-agent architectures is necessary.Proficiency in ETL pipelines, SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) is essential.Backend expertise in FastAPI/Flask/Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs, and microservices is also required.DevOps/MLOps experience: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), monitoring/observability is necessary.Cloud experience with AWS/GCP/Azure AI services and secure integration practices is desirable.Bonus: familiarity with enterprise HR/ATS systems (Workday, SAP, Paychex) and workflow automation is a plus.Benefits and Opportunities:This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.A competitive compensation package and benefits are available.Opportunities for professional growth and development are plentiful.Others:Please note that this is a [job title] position and requires a high level of technical expertise.The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their work in AI and machine learning.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
