Summary

The Index Sales Support Analyst is responsible for the review, completion, and real-time maintenance of the CRM database for SGX Indices Sales team, enable efficient sales processes, collaborate with the Sales and Account Management teams to maximize our franchise expansion and contribute to strategic decision-making.

The priority mission is to improve the quality and quantity of contacts into the SGX Indices client databases, and to maintain high quality information on a daily basis.

A second strategic mission after successful completion of the 1st one will be to map the targeted clients’ accounts and maintain a Strategic Information Sheet (“Strategic Client Program”) gathering the most important information on the clients.

The success of this role is evidenced through the quality and additional quantity of the contacts into the CRM, and at a later stage of the SCP’s files.

The jobholder will report to Sales Business Manager for SGX Indices Business who resides outside India.


SGX Indices CRM Improvement (Salesforce) : Complete and Improve the existing database

  • Assess all existing database contacts for the targeted accounts (asset owners, consultants, OCIOs, fiduciary managers, endowments & foundations, asset manager & CIB structured product desks). Clean dead/ redundant contacts ~2,000 accounts worldwide
  • Make sure each of these accounts have a minimum of 5 reliable contacts included in the CRM (CIO/Head of AM/ Quant manger/ Equity PM/Risk Manager/ Consultant…) and details are up to date (emails and telephone numbers)
  • Maintain real-time CRM quality by checking people’s move (via Linkedin, IPE, magazines…)


Business

  • Assist Salespersons in mapping of the above-mentioned accounts (ie identifying AUM, asset allocation, consultants and if client are using factor strategies (info to be found in annual reports and additional resources like P&I))
  • Create, fill and maintain up to date “Client Information Sheets”, gathering most important and relevant information on major clients.
  • Assists with sales process enhancement/ simplification projects.


Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, management or a related field
  • Creative thinker, solution-oriented problem solver, Stakeholder Management
  • Highly energetic self-starter, autonomous and paying attention to details
  • Advanced knowledge in data management/ CRM tools – Salesforce and MS Office, Tableau
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role
  • Sales Business Management experience will be a plus.
