We’re looking for a creative, fun and strategic Social Media Manager to join the SITU team In this role, you’ll oversee and elevate our social media presence, engage our audience, and drive growth through compelling content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice, including visuals, captions, and stories.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance, making data-driven adjustments to enhance engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to plan and execute social campaigns.
• Engage with followers to build community and increase brand loyalty.
• Report regularly on social media performance, offering insights and recommendations for growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally in fashion or lifestyle brands
• Proficiency with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YT, etc.) and content creation tools
• Strong copywriting skills, with an adaptable brand tone
• Ability to analyse metrics, track performance, and optimize strategies
• Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns
• Creative, proactive, and focused on audience growth
