Using your expertise in payment, shopping, and banking systems, design, develop, and optimize secure software infrastructure for unique experiences.You are a driven team player with a positive outlook, solution-oriented, and able to work effectively with others through empathy and respect.Main Responsibilities:Architecting innovative solutions for complex problems by designing and developing highly scalable applications.Setting up best practices and identifying areas of continuous improvement in the product development life cycle.Developing roadmaps for system and product growth, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery.Managing stakeholders like designers, business analysts, and product managers in an Agile environment.Creating clear career paths for team members through regular mentoring.Performing regular performance evaluations and sharing feedback.RequirementsWe're looking for someone with 7-12 years of experience in good product-based companies, preferably product start-ups.Candidates should have a strong grasp of scalable web back-end, streaming, full-stack development, and handling production and performance issues.Deep understanding of technologies and architecture in a highly scalable setup is required.Experience hiring and growing a top-notch engineering team, and scaling the organization is essential.A solid understanding of business processes and applying technology to implement and streamline them is necessary.Strong leadership and communication skills are also required.Hands-on experience in developing, designing, and scaling complex systems both horizontally and vertically is expected.
