Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Consultant to lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of complex integration solutions.Key Responsibilities:Integration Solution ArchitectureLead the architecture, design, and blueprinting of integration solutions using SAP CPI and PI/PO.Ensure solutions align with business needs, enterprise integration standards, and industry best practices.Interface Development & ConfigurationOversee development, configuration, and deployment of interfaces, mappings, and integration flows.Enable seamless data exchange across SAP and non-SAP systems using various protocols and adapters.Custom Development & EnhancementsDevelop custom adapters, scripts, and integration components to meet project-specific requirements.Enhance existing interfaces to improve performance and functionality.Technical LeadershipProvide guidance, mentorship, and thought leadership to junior and mid-level integration consultants.Drive adoption of modern integration patterns and best practices.Performance OptimizationOptimize integration flows for performance, scalability, resilience, and reliability.Troubleshoot issues, resolve bottlenecks, and fine-tune configurations.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with clients, architects, functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements.Define integration strategies and ensure successful project delivery.Quality Assurance & Best PracticesEnforce QA processes, coding standards, and documentation norms.Conduct reviews of integration flows, mappings, and technical designs.Documentation & Knowledge SharingMaintain comprehensive documentation of integration designs, configurations, and solutions.Conduct training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members.
