Job Title: NetSuite Functional ConsultantThis is a key role in our organization, responsible for evaluating customer requirements and mapping them to NetSuite ERP functionalities.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP implementation and functional consulting.Responsibilities include:Evaluating customer business needs and translating them into scalable NetSuite ERP solutions.Developing detailed solution designs and leading clients throughout the implementation and post-go-live phases.Managing the full lifecycle of ERP delivery including design, testing, validation, deployment, and user training.Preparing detailed functional design documentation and configuration guides.Creating and executing test plans including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT, and Regression Testing.Required Skills & Qualifications:1. 2–4 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP implementation and functional consulting.2. Proven experience in initial system setup and configuration, data migration planning and execution, master and transactional data setup, and ERP cut-over and go-live planning.3. Expertise in configuring company setup, chart of accounts, tax nexus, multi-subsidiary & multi-currency setups, vendor payment methods, banking, inventory, and sales modules.4. Functional knowledge of sales & distribution, pricing, forecasting, procurement, BOM, production planning, inventory & stock management, QA, returns management, financial reporting, GL, P&L, balance sheet impacts.5. Experience with NetSuite saved searches, workflows, and reports, basic scripting and customization (custom records, fields, forms), and integration with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), HRMS, and Payroll systems.6. Strong experience in testing methodologies and preparing UAT.Note: We are seeking someone with excellent problem-solving skills and strong functional knowledge of business processes.
