Key Responsibilities include:Managing key financial processes including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General ledger (GL) and audit-related documentation.Preparing and issuing customer invoices using Tally/Zoho Books to ensure timely payments.Tracking incoming payments and following up on outstanding dues, reconciling customer accounts and maintaining accurate ledgers.Processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments, verifying bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents, while maintaining vendor accounts and updating AP records regularly.You will also provide Audit Support by preparing and maintaining documentation required for internal and external audits, assisting in responding to auditor queries, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.In addition, you will be responsible for Compliance & Taxation, supporting the preparation and filing of GST returns, assisting in TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing, and maintaining updated records of statutory compliances.Furthermore, you will handle Accounting & Reporting tasks, recording daily financial transactions in Zoho Books, preparing financial reports as required, and supporting month-end and year-end closure activities.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally and Zoho Books, along with working knowledge of TDS and GST compliance. A Bachelor's/Master degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field, professional qualification like Semi qualified CA/CMA, 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in finance and accounting, proficiency in Tally ERP and Zoho Books, good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles are also necessary. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy, ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, and good communication and documentation skills are a must.
