The HR Business Operations Specialist, will partner with HR and Managers to support Workday system entry of position and job-related actions. This role will also partner with Finance to support cost management.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESSystem entry for position and job-related transactions in Workday including: create position, create requisition, job changes, and updating position organization assignments."High-Touch" Manager Coaching for Workday: serve as an escalation point for HR Direct when managers have unusual situations that require hands-on support in Workday.Apply a right work right way approach; consider technological solutions to enable efficient service delivery.Data Audits: Liaison with the business to conduct audits of Workday data and make necessary correctionsRestructures: Point person on coordinating activities related to Workday system updates for restructures.Intentionally build trust & relationships through listening, responding to, and predicting client needsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's DegreeHigh learning agility and ability to adapt as business situations evolve (Situational Agility)Strong bias for action including ability to work autonomously and actively problem solveStrong Analytic Mindset: Comfort with systems, data analytics and financials; ability to synthesize data and provide accurate, meaningful analysisProficient with Microsoft Office, most notably ExcelEffective communication, influence, and stakeholder managementHigh integrity, sound judgment and discretion regarding the handling of confidential informationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSCollaborating and influencing cross-functionallyAbility to work effectively with people at all levels of the organizationService/Operational delivery experienceDevelopment candidate will receive in the roleProcess leadership, cross-functional and global collaboration, increase business and financial acumen, credible influence, managing people, Situational Agility and JudgmentCompany Overview:We exist to make food the world loves.
