The ideal candidate will be a seasoned expert, ready to take on the responsibility of designing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our organization.The Training Manager - French Language & Development will be responsible for leading the full training cycle—from Needs Analysis to Evaluation—for all French language, cultural, and professional skills programs. This includes overseeing the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of high-quality training content and materials, ensuring alignment with global standards and business objectives.The successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing and managing large-scale, complex training programs, with a focus on developing and implementing effective learning strategies. They will also possess excellent communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Program Management: Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive training initiatives, including Needs Analysis, Curriculum Development, and Quality Assurance.Train-the-Trainer (ToT) & Quality Assurance: Design and deliver advanced Train-the-Trainer programs to develop and mentor internal trainers/facilitators, while establishing robust quality assurance mechanisms for all French language training sessions.French Language Expertise & Delivery: Directly facilitate specialized and complex training sessions in French for leadership, high-potential employees, or specialized roles, as required.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 15 years of experience in Training and Development, with a focus on designing and managing large-scale, complex training programs.Proven experience in a senior leadership or management role within L&D, preferably in an international or multilingual environment.Demonstrable expertise in designing and leading Train-the-Trainer (ToT) initiatives.C1 Certification in French (CEFR) or equivalent, demonstrating native or near-native fluency.],
