Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Senior B2B WordPress Developer who can work autonomously and manage projects from end to end. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development, including the ability to customize templates, build sites from scratch, and create high-converting landing pages. This role demands a proactive individual who can juggle multiple projects, troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, and ensure that all websites are functioning optimally at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Project Management:
Lead and manage WordPress projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.

WordPress Development:
Design, develop, and implement custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific company needs.
Build and launch responsive, SEO-friendly B2B websites from scratch, ensuring best practices in coding and UX design.
Customize existing WordPress themes and templates to meet the specific requirements of each project.

Landing Page Creation:
Design and build high-converting landing pages optimized for lead generation and conversion, adhering to B2B best practices.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Monitor and maintain websites to ensure optimal performance, uptime, and security.
Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems across multiple sites.
Implement regular updates and patches to ensure sites remain secure and compliant.

Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing of websites before deployment to identify and rectify any issues.
Ensure that all websites are fully responsive and compatible with various browsers and devices.

Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure seamless integration of website elements.
Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and timelines.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest WordPress developments, tools, and best practices.
Suggest and implement improvements to existing processes and workflows to increase efficiency and quality.

Experience:
At least 5 years of professional experience as a WordPress developer, in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple WordPress projects from start to finish.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Strong experience with WordPress theme and plugin development, including custom themes.
Understanding of UX/UI principles
Familiarity with popular WordPress builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery) and frameworks.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to implement them within WordPress.
Experience with website performance optimization and security best practices.
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

Soft Skills:
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive projects to completion without close supervision.
