Payroll Transformation SpecialistAs a Payroll Transformation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless payroll processing between Workday and ADP.Key responsibilities include:Testing payroll processing, data mapping, and integrations to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.Validating inbound/outbound files between Workday and ADP to prevent errors and discrepancies.Executing test scenarios, analyzing results, and logging defects to identify areas for improvement.Supporting parallel payroll testing to ensure business continuity and minimize downtime.Partnering with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and improve payroll processes.To succeed in this role, you will require:A strong background in ADP testing, including experience with ADP GlobalView, Celergo, or Workforce Now.Comprehensive knowledge of payroll rules, calculations, and gross-to-net principles.Understanding of Workday payroll interface and ability to work effectively with various systems.By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in payroll transformation and contribute to the success of our organization.
