Job Title: DFT Specialist - Senior PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DFT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design for testability (DFT) concepts, with expertise in scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, transition delay test coverage analysis, and test mode timing constraints definition.Develop and implement efficient DFT solutions to meet product requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DFT techniques into the design flow.Analyze and troubleshoot complex DFT issues, providing timely and effective solutions.To be successful in this role, you will need:Proven experience in Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test.Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
