Position: Senior Leadership Role – University Operations Brainware University, one of Eastern India’s fastest-growing state-private universities with over 19,000 students, is inviting senior academic administrators/ leaders who are well-known for their operational competence, task-oriented leadership, and consistent achievement of institutional goals. Role Overview:- We seek dynamic, future-driven leaders to strengthen University Operations across academic, administrative, and strategic domains. Selected leaders will be responsible for steering academic quality, institutional development, compliance, accreditation, research growth, and stakeholder engagement. Who Can Apply:- ✔ Former / current Vice Chancellors ✔ Former / current Pro Vice Chancellors ✔ Senior academic administrators with equivalent experiences Key Responsibilities:- Provide effective oversight of university operations with clarity, administrative discipline, and demonstrable performance outcomes. Strengthen and supervise all processes related to NAAC, NIRF, AICTE, UGC, NBA , and other statutory and accreditation bodies. Streamline and coordinate academic, administrative, and research workflows to ensure operational efficiency across all units. Lead and manage teams through a structured framework of accountability, clearly defined performance indicators, and periodic review mechanisms. Implement practical, scalable institutional solutions and ensure timely delivery of strategic and operational results. Promote and support digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with emerging educational technologies and future-ready institutional models. Ensure the highest standards of academic quality, academic governance, and academic integrity across all programmes and departments. Lead institutional efforts in accreditation, regulatory reporting, statutory compliance, and quality assurance. Maintain and leverage established professional and bureaucratic relations with UGC, NAAC, NBA, AICTE , and other higher education authorities. Oversee, guide, and monitor the administration of all academic programmes to ensure orderly, efficient, and compliant functioning of the university. Qualifications and Requirements:- Distinguished academicians with proven track record and a commitment to fostering and promoting excellence in teaching and research in the University, with proven capability and integrity and having a minimum of fifteen years of experience in a University system of which at least ten years shall be as a Professor or fifteen years of experience in a reputed-research. The candidate must have long administrative experience (Minimum 10 years as a Pro-VC, Dean, Director, Principal, HOD etc.) , good research publications and completed research projects, industry experience, experience in the skill development field, etc. Present and former Vice-Chancellors of Universities, Heads of Research Institutions and eminent scholars, corporate heads are invited to send their application.
