As a finance specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the Bank Finance Arranger division by preparing client profiles, analyzing business models, and creating comprehensive financial data. Your primary responsibilities will include interacting with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and corporate clients to understand their financial requirements and project needs.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for gathering detailed financial information, including debt service coverage ratios, interest coverage ratios, total obligation to liability ratio, current ratio, and other relevant financial parameters.Create thorough client profiles and financial summaries to facilitate banker presentations.Develop and maintain project finance proposals for greenfield and brownfield projects, encompassing costs, funding means, implementation schedules, and revenue projections.Collaborate with banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and clients to resolve document queries and ensure timely sanction and disbursement.Prepare and update management information system (MIS) trackers to monitor progress and identify potential challenges.Assist in drafting sanction notes, renewal documents, credit justifications, and compliance reports.Required Skills and QualificationsDemonstrate expertise in financial analysis, particularly in ratio calculations, financial modeling, and cash flow forecasting.Proven proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Tally.Familiarity with banking regulations and credit appraisal processes is essential.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and relationship managers.Able to maintain high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and responsiveness in managing multiple cases simultaneously.About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled finance professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.
