If you're passionate about renewable energy and possess excellent communication, analytical, and team-handling skills, we encourage you to explore this opportunity further.Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor cell production activities in assigned area/shift.Ensure achievement of daily production, quality, and yield targets as per plan.Monitor and control key process parameters to maintain product consistency and process stability.Coordinate with maintenance, process engineering, and quality teams to resolve line issues promptly.Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety, and 5S standards on the shop floor.Support new product introductions, process trials, and equipment qualifications.Analyze process data and provide inputs for yield improvement and waste reduction.Train and guide line operators and technicians to maintain operational efficiency.Prepare and maintain daily production reports, downtime analysis, and shift handover documentation.Actively participate in problem-solving, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective action implementation.Requirements:Applicants must possess a B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines. Relevant experience in Solar Cell Manufacturing or semiconductor/thin-film/process industry is essential.Strong understanding of process parameters and equipment handling is required, along with hands-on experience in cell production line operations (Diffusion, PECVD, Screen Printing, Firing, etc.). Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality tools (5S, Kaizen, RCA, SPC) is also necessary.Good communication, analytical, and team-handling skills are mandatory. Familiarity with MES/SAP systems for production tracking is desirable.
