Visit us at to learn more.Job OverviewTeachEdison is seeking a Project Management Intern to join our team in Coimbatore. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. As a Project Management Intern, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating educational software projects and supporting our innovative team. This is a role where you will work with our content management team to upload a lot of question libraries to start with. Join us to gain valuable insights into project management practices within the ed-tech industry.Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in project coordination with the ability to support the project team and manage timelines efficiently.Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and resolve issues among various stakeholders.Experience or knowledge in stakeholder communication to maintain strong, positive relationships with project participants.Familiarity with LaTeX for document preparation to assist in the creation of precise technical documents.Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, contributing to productive teamwork and atmosphere.Competence in documentation, ensuring all project-related materials are accurately recorded and updated.Experience with content management systems to manage and update educational content efficiently.An eagerness to learn and adapt in a tech-driven environment, aligning with the fast-paced nature of our industry.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of project activities, coordinating tasks to ensure timely completion.Engage actively with team members and stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide updates.Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including reports and presentations.Track project progress and deliverables, helping to identify potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.Facilitate meetings and prepare meeting minutes to document discussions and action items.Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.Work closely with the content team to update and manage educational materials on various platforms.Adapt to new technologies and tools that enhance project outcomes, reflecting TeachEdisons innovative approach.
