This position is responsible for establishing design standards, fostering collaboration with stakeholders, and ensuring the integration of design thinking into product development processes, ultimately enhancing product quality and user experience Key Responsibilities1. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Business Objectives And Integrate Design Thinking Into The Product Design Process, Ensuring Alignment With Overall Business Strategy.2. Lead And Mentor A Team Of Designers, Providing Guidance On Product Design Principles And Methodologies, To Deliver High-Quality Design Solutions That Meet Project Requirements.3.
