Digital Design Leadership Position We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Design Manager to lead our team in developing cutting-edge mixed-signal SOC designs. As a key member of our project teams, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative SOC solutions, managing cross-functional projects, and working closely with our digital team to deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: SOC Integration Design Management: Lead the integration design team to develop and productize next-generation mixed-signal RF/communication SOCs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with project teams to define product specifications, system architecture, HW/SW partitioning, and execution plans. Team Management: Manage the digital team, hire, and retain top talent to drive innovation and excellence. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: BSEE required, MSEE preferred. Industry Experience: Proven track record of success in high-performance/high-volume semiconductor industry. Technical Expertise: SoC, embedded CPU and bus architectures, networking, and control interfaces, communications / DSP algorithms, and power / area efficient implementations.
