Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team in delivering cloud-based solutions.Main ResponsibilitiesProvide ongoing support for various projects and activities as requiredTriage identified issues across multiple platforms, integrations, and Customer Data HubAnalyze and resolve API messages related to platform supportPerform initial data loads and cleanup on the Customer Data Hub using Postman, Python, SQL, Big Query SQL, and DatadogExtract Google Big Query data to support data analysis activitiesCollaborate with other IT experts to resolve data-related issuesSupport user maintenance and setup tasksPartner with the data stewardship team to ensure robust data maintenance capabilities and business processesMonitor key performance indicators of the CDH solution to ensure data quality and established policiesAnalyze and compare large datasets using tools like Python, SQL, and ExcelRequirementsActive experience with master data management applications, including data extract and load tools, user maintenance, data analysis, and basic system configurationExperience with Google Big Query, Data Dog, Postman, and TableauProficiency in delivering and supporting cloud-based solutionsFundamental knowledge of REST API integration along with JSONExposure to integration technology such as Kafka, messaging buses, and integration brokersExperience with scripting languages like Java and JavaScriptFundamental understanding of data governance and its role in master data-based applicationsAbility to lead technical discussions with customers/business users and leverage the value of customer data solutionsStrong team player with excellent oral and written communication skills at both business and technical levelsAbility to work with Agile methodologies and write well-structured user storiesFamiliarity with Data lakes, ETL, and data analytics, along with solutions like Big Query and TableauExperience in the health sciences is a strong plus, particularly in customer journeys and business workflows in healthcare-regulated environmentsBenefitsThis role offers opportunities for growth, collaboration with experienced professionals, and the chance to develop expertise in cloud-based solutions.What We're Looking ForWe seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate complex technical concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
