Civil Site Engineer

Job description:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience in executing and supervising aluminium doors, windows, and interior fit-out works. The ideal candidate will ensure timely project execution, quality assurance, and coordination with multiple stakeholders at project sites in and around Bangalore.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and execute installation of aluminium doors, windows, partitions, and glazing systems as per drawings and specifications.- Oversee interior fit-out works, including false ceilings, modular partitions, and finishing activities.- Conduct site inspections to ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards.- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers to resolve site issues.- Verify measurements and ensure correct installation of fabricated components.- Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and update progress regularly.- Ensure compliance with safety norms and company protocols.- Participate in client and consultant meetings for project updates and technical clarifications.Requirements:- B.E. in Civil Engineering- 2–3 years of site execution experience, preferably in aluminium/glass and interior works- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading architectural/structural drawings- Good understanding of installation techniques for aluminium systems and interior finishes- Strong communication and site coordination skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks- Willingness to travel within Bangalore project sitesPreferred:- Exposure to façade engineering or modular aluminium systems- Experience with commercial, residential, or institutional interior fit-outs- Knowledge of project planning and vendor managementJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
