Experience working within Operational Resilience, Risk, Technology, or Controls monitoring. Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity plans and strategies. Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks that could impact business continuity. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and work with various departments and stakeholders to enhance resilience. Ability to analyse data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.Strong communication skills, and an ability to influence stakeholders. BehavioursAbility to think strategically and align resilience to wider organisational objectives and priorities. Ability to maintain an execution focus to deliver at pace, on budget and on time.Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance of all processes. Passion for innovation and driving change.
