Read on…We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technology and product talent to support our growing engineering and product teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tech industry, a proven track record of recruiting for technical roles, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.Ideal Experience: 4-9 yearsReporting to: Director - Talent Acquisition This is an Individual Contributor role.What makes the role meaty..Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, product designers and other tech rolesUtilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidatesConduct initial screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit and overall suitability for the roleHigh on business acumen - you should be able to take candidates through the scale/tech stack (for engineers) and user journeys of consumers (for product managers)Candidate Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment processKeep candidates informed about their application status and provide constructive feedback when necessaryDevelop and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for future opportunitiesCollaboration with Hiring Managers:Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics, and technical requirementsBe a Talent Advisor - provide guidance and expertise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practicesFacilitate the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating interviews, and gathering feedback from interviewersEmployer Branding & Candidate Experience:Promote the company’s employer brand and value proposition to attract top talentRepresent the company at industry events, career fairs, and tech-meetups to enhance presence in the tech communityContinuously seek ways to improve the candidate experience and ensure a seamless recruitment processData-Driven Recruitment:Track and analyse recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and source effectiveness, to optimise the recruitment process.Use data and insights to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance recruitment outcomesPrepare regular reports and updates for senior leadership on recruitment progress and pipeline statusProcess Improvement & Innovation:Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in tech recruitment.Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies.Implement new tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.We hope that you have...Tech-Product recruitment preferably within a fast-paced tech company or agencyProven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of technical rolesExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment softwareDeep understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trendsStrong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates on Linkedin, Naukri, iimjobs etcExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and process improvementsWe hope you bring the below ingredients for garnishing..Experience working for a B2C or D2C company operating at a large scaleKnowledge of industry wide information platforms of Tracxn, Crunchbase, Github, Behance, Dribble, Medium, Stackoverflow, KaggleExpert in organising weekend tech hiring drivesGood orator - ability to lead tech conversations at Meetups/tech-talksBachelors Degree in Tech/Engineering or relevant stream is a big plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
