Now SME companies can enjoy a similar benefit through Potentiam without any upfront investment.Location : Bangalore ( Hybrid)Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & ArchitectureGood experience as a Solution Architect, someone should be able to design, troubleshooting and bug fixing when required.Define technical standards, best practices, and frameworks to ensure high-quality solution delivery.Translate business requirements into technical blueprints and system designs.Troubleshooting & Bug FixingAct as the go-to expert for diagnosing and resolving complex Salesforce issues.Perform deep root cause analysis for bugs, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks.Implement permanent fixes and recommend preventive measures to improve platform stability.Technical Leadership & DevelopmentProvide hands-on guidance in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL) when required.Mentor and support teams in troubleshooting and debugging.Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to align solutions with business goals.Communicate technical solutions and trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Partner with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow across enterprise systems.Required Skills & Qualifications7+ years of Salesforce development, solution design experience and atleast 2-3 years of solution architect experience working currently.Strong background in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, APIs, Integration).Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and bug fixing in Salesforce environments.Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions.Salesforce certifications preferred.Salesforce Certified Application ArchitectSalesforce Certified System ArchitectSalesforce Platform Developer II (nice to have)Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and deliver under pressure.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Benefits and PerksHealth InsuranceReferral BonusPerformance BonusFlexible Working options
