To continue with our process of growth, the selected candidate will assist the Sales area as a Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities Assist in the export sales and setting up new client accounts Request samples and documentation for customers, doing the follow up Enter offers and sales orders doing the follow up and mantain informed the customer about orders situation Coordinate the arrival of goods with the Purchasing Department to ensure the shipment deadline Generate and prepare the export documentation and be in liaise with Head Quarters for the export information and documentation Profile B.S. or B.A. Degree in Business Management, Industrial Management or related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field with excellent customer service skills. High level of English. Good level of Spanish valuable. A desire to be a part of a fast-paced growing company with an opportunity to progress as a professional.
