Artificial Intelligence SpecialistWe are looking for an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) specialist with a focus on natural language processing (NLP) or multimodal models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machine learning concepts, particularly generative AI (LLM/LMM), and be proficient in deep learning libraries such as NumPy, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement end-to-end AI systems, focusing on RAG and multi-agent architectures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop system architecture and components.Develop and deploy TTD system components, leveraging LLM Agents and prompt engineering strategies.Ensure efficient routing, state management, and vector stores within the system.Implement rerankers and validation/assessment rules to optimize system performance.Requirements:Deep understanding of AI concepts, particularly NLP and multimodal models.Hands-on experience with machine learning, especially generative AI (LLM/LMM).Ability to gather business requirements, transform them into technical plans, process data, engineer features, evaluate models, test hypotheses, and deploy models.Proficiency in Python, object-oriented programming, SQL, and vector databases.Solid experience with Databricks is mandatory.Familiarity with specific AI libraries, including NumPy, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, LangGraph, and GenAI APIs.What We Offer:A diverse, inclusive work environment where everyone thrives.
