Finance Manager RoleWe are seeking a highly capable finance professional to strengthen our financial operations and support our rapid expansion.The ideal candidate will lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance across our global business, working directly with senior leadership to ensure strong financial governance, optimize performance, and support data-driven decision-making.Main ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations: Lead the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with insights and variance analyses.Accounts Management: Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll invoicing, and reconciliation activities.Financial Audits: Manage financial audits, tax filings, regulatory submissions, and compliance with relevant jurisdictions.Strategic Decision-Making: Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor performance and optimize financial efficiency.Financial Systems: Implement financial systems, dashboards, and automation to enhance operational efficiency.RequirementsEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.Professional Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Technical Skills: Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
