We are creating a new category beyond ERPs by bringing automation, transparency, and structured digital operations to schools.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Associate who can support the Founder in reaching out to schools, scheduling meetings, presenting the concept of PARTECON, collecting feedback, and building strong early-stage relationships with principals and school stakeholders.This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to engage professionally with school authorities.Key ResponsibilitiesSchool Outreach & Lead Generation • Identify and research target schools in assigned zones. • Set up appointments with principals, school admins, and decision makers. • Present the concept of PARTECON in a clear and structured manner. • Maintain follow-up communication with interested schools.Founder-Assisted Meetings • Accompany the Founder for school visits and pitch discussions. • Help document feedback, questions, and action items. • Assist in preparing meeting reports and weekly outreach summaries.Market Feedback Collection • Share brochures and concept notes with schools. • Gather feedback regarding PARTECON’s concept and ecosystem. • Maintain structured records of interest levels and school responses.Coordination & Planning • Plan weekly outreach schedules. • Coordinate with internal teams for brochures, materials, and follow-up tasks. • Maintain CRM/outreach tracker with accurate information.Professional Representation • Represent PARTECON with professionalism and clarity. • Build long-term relationships with school authorities for future demos and onboarding.Key Skills Required • Excellent verbal & written communication • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills • Confidence in speaking with principals and school stakeholders • Good planning & organisational skills • Ability to travel within the city for school visits • Basic understanding of education sector (preferred, not mandatory)Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • Experience in sales, customer relations, or business development is a plus • Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to applyCompensation₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on performance, communication skills, and experience.Performance-based increments and role expansion opportunities available.Growth PathCandidates who perform well will be retained long-term, promoted into: • Senior School Relationship roles • Territory Manager • Sales Lead • Early leadership positions within outreach & onboardingThis is an opportunity to grow directly with a fast-scaling education tech brand.How to ApplySend your resume to:📩 HR@partecon.comSubject: Application for Sales Associate — BengaluruShortlisted candidates will be contacted for an in-person discussion with the founder.
