Highly Skilled Test Automation Specialist

Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to lead our automation testing efforts and improve the robustness and efficiency of our testing process.Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks with a primary focus on Katalon Studio.Create and execute API test cases using tools such as Postman.Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps).Apply and advocate test automation best practices, including Page Object Model (POM) and data-driven testing.Develop and execute test strategies covering unit, integration, system, regression, performance, and security testing.Conduct root cause analysis of defects, identify gaps, and drive improvements in code and testing methodology.Document detailed test plans, test cases, and test results.Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure rapid, quality-driven delivery.Champion a quality-centric culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills and QualificationsWe're looking for a candidate with strong expertise in Katalon Studio and proficiency in:Automated test framework design and maintenance.API testing using Postman.CI/CD pipeline integration (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps).Test automation best practices (Page Object Model, data-driven testing).Test strategy development and execution.Root cause analysis and defect identification.Test planning, test case management, and test result documentation.BenefitsAs a QA Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team, contribute to improving our testing process, and develop your skills in test automation.OthersThis role is ideal for someone who is passionate about quality assurance, enjoys working collaboratively, and is eager to take on new challenges.
