Emeritus is hiring a Programme Leader in Generative AI with National University of Singapore, School of Computing.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished senior technologist with deep, hands-on expertise in Generative AI to serve as a Programme Leader for the prestigious executive education program, Generative AI: Fundamentals to Advanced Techniques, offered by the NUS School of Computing, in collaboration with Emeritus.

This is a part-time, academic + Industry driven role is ideal for senior professionals passionate about shaping the next generation of AI talent by bridging advanced theory with practical implementation. You will deliver live, tool-based sessions and guide mid-career technologists through one of the most advanced Generative AI programs in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 17 live sessions (120 minutes each) over a 16-week period, scheduled Saturday mornings, in an online format.
• Deliver advanced topics such as:

Transformer architectures (BERT, GPT)

Diffusion models, VAEs, GANs

Multimodal models (DALL-E, CLIP, Stable Diffusion)

LangChain, RAG, RLHF, and Multi-Agent systems

• Mentor participants on their capstone project, providing implementation-focused feedback and industry perspective.
• Support a cohort of global, technically skilled professionals in applying Generative AI concepts to real-world use cases.
• Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure quality delivery aligned with NUS standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 3–5 years working directly on Generative AI systems.
• Deep practical expertise in building, fine-tuning, or deploying models like BERT, GPT, diffusion models, or text-to-image systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.
• Prior experience in technical training, executive education, or mentoring engineering teams is a MUST.
• A postgraduate degree (MS, PhD, or equivalent) in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is desirable.
