As a professional in the field of education, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of all Cambridge examinations.This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of Cambridge International and providing support to students, teachers, and parents throughout the examination process.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will serve as the primary point of contact between the school and Cambridge International Education, handling all registrations, policy clarifications, compliance, and operational updates.Effective communication is key in this role, as you will need to clearly convey exam schedules, candidate procedures, and results to students, teachers, and parents.Your tasks will include planning and managing the entire exam cycle for Cambridge IGCSE, AS, and A Level, covering board and mock assessments.Key responsibilities also include overseeing candidate registration, entry amendments or withdrawals, predicted grades, and special considerations.You will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and securely distributing all exam materials in accordance with Cambridge security and confidentiality requirements.Another critical aspect of this role is arranging room allocations, seating, invigilation schedules, and resources for both board exams and school-level assessments.You will train and supervise invigilators on Cambridge exam room conduct, emergency protocols, and candidate support.Maintaining accurate candidate records, registrations, marks entry, and internal moderation documentation is also an essential part of this job.Finally, you will be responsible for uploading marks, results, and administrative forms to Cambridge portals in a timely and accurate manner.
