The position mayrequire additional duties/responsibilities that may not be outlined below, andspecific functions are subject to change● Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designatedequipment● Planning and managing calls for self & regional engineer● Performing Installation / operational / performance qualification● Completing Preventive Maintenance and break down visits● Performing re-calibration / re-validations● Resolving under warranty complaints in stipulated time frame● Under warranty spares replacement and submission of faulty for further QCanalysis● Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintainingcustomer service logs and internal service records in timely manner.● Maintaining daily communications with customer to ensure resolution andproper follow up● Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properlycalibratedEQUITRON MEDICA PRIVATE LIMITEDJOB DESCRIPTION● Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues● Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts,contract renewals and system sales● Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery toall accounts within assigned area● AMC/CMC, upgradation promotions & execution● The ability to carry a toolboxRequired Knowledge & Abilities● Experience interfacing with both internal team members and externalcustomers as part of a solution based service process● Experience diagnosing and repairing Electronic equipment / Medical Analyticalequipment● Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns● Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their jobs● Proficient level of computer skills including MS word, Ms Excel etc● Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability tocommunicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner● Ability to work in developing, self -directed, entrepreneurial environment● Resourceful, with the ability to work independently● Ability to manage techno-commercial cases● Strong time management skill● Ability to adapt to changing circumstances● Decision making, problem resolution and creative thinking skill● Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
