Pepper Content (www.peppercontent.io) is building a global content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 75+ content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and majority of the startup ecosystem.
We are building a global SaaS-enabled marketplace for fast-growth SMB, mid-market and enterprise customers that helps marketers manage all their activities ranging from content creation to workflow management and content distribution.
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, comfortable with uncertainty, flexible, great with people and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.

At Pepper Content you’ll be:
Develop and execute the creative ideas and vision for digital films, working closely with the video sales team.
Active participation in client briefings and pitches
Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.
Oversee the development of scripts, storyboards, and treatments, ensuring that they are innovative and engaging for the target audience.
Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure that the final edit of the film aligns with the creative vision.
Ensure that all films are produced under the brand requirement and guidelines within the stipulated budget.
Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
The ideal candidate must have:
Bachelor‘s degree in film, Communications, or related field.
7+ years of experience in creative direction for digital films, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas.
Strong understanding of the film production process, from concept development to final delivery.
Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience working with clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for storytelling and the ability to create compelling narratives.
