We are exclusively retained to search for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a highly reputable investment advisory firm, well-known in India’s wealth management space.

Brief overview of the role is given below.

The CEO will drive strategic growth, expand the UHNI client base and elevate the firm’s presence with a vision to become a global leader in investment advisory. This role involves deepening relationships with existing Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs) and onboarding new clients, with strong support from the founders to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for market expansion and sustainable growth.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with UHNIs, offering personalized, high-quality wealth management solutions.
• Oversee operations and lead internal teams to create a high-performance, client-focused culture.
• Guide investment strategies in collaboration with financial and legal advisors while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 15+ years in wealth management, private banking or investment advisory, with a proven track record of growing UHNI relationships.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive growth in a competitive market.
• Relationship Management: Strong track record of working with founders, CEOs and UHNI clients.
• Education: Advanced degree in finance, business or a related field preferred.
