Senior Financial Leadership PositionThis senior leadership role is responsible for driving strategic financial decisions and ensuring effective finance and accounts operations within the organization.Financial Management:Developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and robust cash flow management.Providing timely and actionable financial insights to support informed business decisions.Cash flow forecasting, treasury coordination, and working capital management to optimize financial performance.Leading cost control initiatives to minimize expenses while maximizing profitability.Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Analysis:Establishing and managing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and periodic performance reviews to drive business growth.Developing and maintaining detailed financial performance dashboards and management information systems (MIS) to facilitate data-driven decision-making.Statutory Compliance & Risk Management:Ensuring full statutory compliance with relevant UAE laws and regulations, including VAT, Corporate Tax, ESR, and other regulatory requirements.Identifying and mitigating potential risks through proactive risk assessment, monitoring, and management.Liaising with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and closure of audit findings.Financial Governance & Internal Controls:Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy, reliability, and integrity of financial data.Compliance controls aligned with UAE laws and corporate standards.Production costs, wastage, yield, inventory control, and CAPEX reporting.Strategic Collaboration:Closely collaborating with plant operations, supply chain, procurement, and corporate finance teams to drive cross-functional alignment and achieve organizational goals.Providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and development.If you possess strong financial leadership skills and a passion for driving business success, this role may be an excellent fit for your career aspirations.
