We're on the lookout for a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing Executive who can own and optimize our digital marketing efforts, focusing on SEO and lead generation to support our B2B growth.
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Lead SEO initiatives, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to enhance our website’s visibility and search rankings. Drive targeted traffic by staying up-to-date on algorithm updates and SEO trends.
- Data Analytics: Track, analyze, and interpret website and campaign data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) to uncover insights and drive actionable improvements. Regularly generate reports that highlight growth, challenges, and key results.
- B2B Content Optimization: Collaborate closely with content and design teams to produce SEO-optimized content that resonates with our B2B audience and nurtures potential leads through the sales funnel.
- Outreach & Lead Generation: (Preferred) Use outreach to identify, connect, and engage with potential leads, opening doors for conversations and driving lead generation.
- Social Media Management: Support our presence on social media platforms by planning and executing B2B-focused campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and reach.
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO strategies and execution.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience using GA4 and GSC to drive insights and performance improvements.
- Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and engaging communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- B2B Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in B2B digital marketing, with a track record of driving engagement and generating qualified leads.
- IT Industry Background: Experience working in the digital marketing space for an IT services or technology company.
- Outreach & Lead Generation: Familiarity with lead generation tactics to build a high-quality B2B pipeline.
- Social Media Marketing: Ability to craft and manage social media campaigns aligned with our brand’s voice and goals.
