About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager (branding) to lead and execute our regional marketing activities. This role will play a crucial part in driving brand visibility through events such as dealer meets, influencer gatherings, farmer outreach, product launches, and more. The candidate will work closely with our central Head Office team, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and contributing local market insights for effective campaign planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regional Marketing Execution: Plan, organize, and execute events like dealer meets, influencer gatherings, farmer outreach programs, and product launches.
• Market Intelligence: Provide actionable insights on market trends and competitor activities, with detailed reports on regional marketing activities.
• BTL & ATL Activities: Identify and implement innovative Below-the-Line (BTL) and Above-the-Line (ATL) marketing strategies for maximum impact.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: Work in synergy with the sales team to coordinate marketing efforts that support sales objectives.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the state and interstate to ensure successful event execution.
• Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in the local language for better engagement with regional stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in media, sales, or marketing field (2-4 years preferred).
• Skills: Strong communication skills in the local language, knowledge of regional marketing channels, and ability to provide competitive insights.
• Travel: Openness to frequent state and interstate travel.
• Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, especially sales, to meet shared goals.
