Job Summary:We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of education for individuals worldwide.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough audits of transactions to ensure compliance with established processes and guidelines.Capture and document observations during audits, providing ratings as necessary.Audit escalations received and share observations with management within 24 hours.Provide immediate feedback on critical errors to relevant team members and ensure formal acknowledgement.Publish monthly scores for each team member and conduct weekly sessions with team leads to discuss errors.Draft FAQs and briefing materials for new changes and communications.Conduct daily team briefings on new communications and special observations.Perform dip-stick audits for all new changes and deployments.Participate in joint calibration exercises and remain calibrated with master auditors and other auditors.Recommend training refreshers based on observed errors to the training team.Conduct specific audits to assess the efficacy of refresher training conducted by trainers.Ensure accurate technology usage for all operations.Makes recommendations and execution plans based on findings from quality checks for continuous improvement.
